BBKR Community Games Update

COMMUNITY GAMES

Well done to everyone who travelled to Shillelagh for the Co. Wicklow athletic finals. We came away with a wide selection of awards so congratulations all round.

First of all to everyone who joined in the parade to allow BBKR win the Parade Award again for the third year running. Next to Caoimhe Ward who came 1st in the U10 hurdles and will represent Co Wicklow at the National Finals in August.

Next to our silver medal winners - Lucy Savill and Laura Finnerty; and our bronze medal winners of Ben Makin, Anthony Quinn, Tom O'Shea, Tom Farrell, and Lisa Browne

Also to our U8 mixed relay team who came 3rd (Jessica Treacy, Charlotte Savill, Aisling Downes, Joseph O'Shea, Niall Delahunt, Conor Fleming) and 4th place to our mixed U10 relay (Caoimhe Ward, Lucy Savill, Ella Roberts, Tom Farrell, Johnny Kennedy) and u12 girls relay team (Anna Mangan, Ellie Kennedy, Alex Treacy, Jessica Schmidt).

BBKR Community Games are now taking a break over the summer and we would like to thank everyone who participated in and helped with all our activities since October. We look forward to seeing all our prize-winners at our annual medal ceremony in September.
